Wedding Packages

Absolutely! Every wedding is unique, and we understand that one size doesn't fit all. All our packages serve as starting points you can add or remove services, upgrade specific elements, or build an entirely bespoke plan with our Custom Package. Our planners will work closely with you to design the perfect package for your celebration.

Once you choose your package, we begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your vision. A 30% booking fee secures your date, followed by milestone-based payments throughout the planning process. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and UPI payments.

For the best venue availability and vendor selection, we recommend booking 8–12 months in advance. Destination weddings benefit from 12–18 months of lead time. However, we've also successfully planned beautiful celebrations with as little as 3 months' notice reach out and we'll make it work!

The package prices listed are our planning and management fees. Vendor costs (venue rental, catering, photography, etc.) are quoted separately and transparently. There are no hidden charges you'll receive a detailed cost breakdown before confirming anything. GST is applicable as per government regulations.

Yes! Our Platinum and Custom packages include full destination wedding support, both within India and internationally. We've organized stunning celebrations in Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Turkey, and across Europe. Our team handles all logistics including travel coordination, local vendor sourcing, and legal documentation for overseas weddings.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to postpone, we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional planning fee only vendor rebooking costs (if any) would apply. For cancellations, our refund policy depends on the timeline: full refund (minus processing) if cancelled 6+ months before, 50% refund for 3–6 months, and case-by-case for shorter notice.
